It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the Department of Physics and PG Department of Geography are jointly organizing a Poster Making Competition on the occasion of World Ozone Day (16th September 2025).
📍 Rules & Guidelines
1. Paper Size : A3
participants must bring their sheet with them.
2. Medium – Participants may use any mode: crayons, watercolors, poster colors, acrylics, oil pastels, sketch pens, or pencils.
3. Time Limit – 1½ hours will be given.
4. Identification – Do not write your name, class on the poster. A code/number will be allotted.
5. Originality – Work must be original and handmade. Tracing or copying will lead to disqualification.
Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited.*
6. Judgment Criteria –
o Relevance to theme
o Creativity & originality
o Visual impact &neatness
7. Decision – The decision of judges will be final.
